A homage to all the ladies from the 1970s to the first decade of the new millennium who were sophisticated enough to button up a long leather coat over an elegant outfit and strut their stuff. Sleek leather coats disappeared from mainstream fashion for a while, but their popularity may be on the rise once more. This page is dedicated to those who hope that such classic style finds its way back into women's wardrobes again someday.

Erin Karpluk in Ripper 2
Happy Halloween to all who follow this blog! Rest assured - I am not dead and neither is this page!
I always give pretty, leather-clad women a pass for being cruel. They could slaughter the lambs, cows and even humans, and they will still be excused. My muse loves dressing in lamb leather from head to toe, inside and out; while my reason and logic always justify her pallor and nonchalant cruelty. I just cannot find a reason to reject or criticize a cruel, confident lady.
I think we both share the same concept of leather. To me, leather is this magical material which is impenetrable..keeping the wearer well protected under an invincible layer of second skin. As for this pretty maniac, she can carry out her evil deeds care free knowing that she is well protected from harm
Which movie is this? Thx!
ReplyDeleteIt is called Ripper 2: Letter from Within. Unfortunately these photos show the only scenes of the actress in the leather coat.
DeleteLovely coat

ReplyDeleteAnd it was relieving to see her wearing leather pants as well! She was well protected as a cruel, beautiful maniac!
