Faux leather coats can never be accepted by us. I buy my goddess those real leather coats that cost thousands of dollars, because I know she deserves the best. I can never imagine putting these cheap synthetic material on her, even it costs more than real leather.
ReplyDeleteI don't mind if it's faux or real leather as long as it's longer than knee-lenght and a tie-belt around the waist. Always ready for saturday night LOL.
ReplyDeleteFaux leather is an abomination. It does not have the patina and feel of real leather. It is also not as environmentally friendly as real leather. Being made from petrochemicals it is not as easy to recycle. Real leather adds to a circular economy. Statement pieces like long leather coats can last for decades. They can be passed onto family members. Real leather grows with the ownership of the wearer. Each crease fold and mark is part of the maturing of leather. Each movement creates a second skin for the owner. It all adds to the character of the long leather coat. Wearing a long leather coat is a personal statement of sophistication, style, strength and fashion. Only real leather can provide that reality. The long leather coat should be no shorter than ankle length. The longer the coat the more sophistication.
